Exwell standard 1-year limited warranty

All Exwell products are covered by Exwell's standard warranty. This is a 1-year limited warranty and covers any defect of product goods. In the event that a product you have purchased is not functioning within the first year after your purchase date, please contact Exwell directly or your local representative to obtain a replacement product.
To return products to Exwell, you must first obtain a RMA number.

Warranty Statement

If a defect is discovered, Exwell will repair or replace this product at no charge. Please return complete with all hardware, cables and software to Exwell within the warranty period. For each product returned according to the terms of this warranty, an Exwell RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required along with your company name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the original invoice or PI as proof of the original date of purchase. An Exwell RMA number can be obtained from your contact window of Exwell company.

This warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by Exwell. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized service or misapplication. Exwell does not warrant any products that are not Exwell products, including software bundled with Exwell products and produced by other manufacturers.
