Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Exwell International. And All orders remain the property of Exwell International unless the items are paid in full by the customer.
Product Inspection
Inspection of all items purchased from Exwell International is the sole responsibility of the customer. This inspection must be made within ten business days of invoice. Exwell International is not responsible for missing items after ten business days of invoice, regardless of error or fault. A one year Limited replacement warranty is for all Exwell products. Products subjected to misuse or abuse are not returnable.
Returns
All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA) visibly written on each carton. Return authorization number may be requested by faxing your request to our RMA Department at (86) 20 3407 3161. Only return the specific quantities and products you are authorized under the RMA. Products returned without a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. "Inbound" freight is paid by the customer and "Outbound" freight is paid by Exwell International. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. All returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping
Exwell International will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible. All orders will be made via Customers' assigned forwarder unless otherwise specified. All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer.
Payment
Acceptable payments for T/T in advance or L/C at sight or Western Union transfer Money.
