How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples (total value under ten US dollars) if you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of the samples is more than ten US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples cost and courier freight. And of course, we can refund this cost when you place the formal order to us.
How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.
How can I get your price list?
Please send email or fax to inform us which items you are interested in, we will give you our price idea within 24 hours.
Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silkscreen printing. The MOQ for silkscreen printing is 3000 units per logo. Besides, if you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in PDF or other format.
How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, then we will send you a proforma invoice for your confirmation. We need to know the following information for your order:
1. Shipping information include company name, address, phone number, fax number, destination port and transportation method (by freight, by air or by ocean container)
2. Product information include model number, quantity and unit price
3. Delivery time required
4. Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
5. Forworder's contact details (in Mainland China or Hong Kong).
What's your usual payment term for orders?
Telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our company bank account after order confirmation.
How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or total weight less than 45kgs, sent usually by courier. For orders from 45kgs to 500kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on your choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, seaport).
Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes, we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation for you.
What's the warranty of your products?
Exwell standard 1-year limited warranty. We accept free replacement for unqualified products.
How can we become your sole distributor?
If you can sell our products USD10,000 to USD30,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
What is one stop service?
We can provide the one-stop service for our customer: sourcing products for clients, quality inspection, final packing and goods consolidation ( blister packing, heat sealing, super sonic sealing and gift box packing ),customer clearance and other related exporting service, you just place an order, and we arrange everything until the products arrive your hands.
